
When BITE-Con set out to create a platform for Black and Brown communities to engage with emerging technology, they needed a strong brand presence and marketing strategy to match their vision. My team and I were brought in to develop the event’s branding guide, design all promotional assets, and execute a social media strategy—all under an intense, time-sensitive deadline. Despite the constraints, we delivered bold, engaging visuals that captured the essence of Black Innovation, Technology, and Entertainment. We also ran targeted social ads and helped craft a community-focused digital presence that laid the foundation for future growth. Seeing the impact at the conference made it all worth it—helping build awareness and access to AI, Web3, blockchain, and the future of tech for underrepresented communities.
BITE-Con was already built on a powerful mission—bridging the gap between Black and Brown communities and emerging technology. Our role was to enhance and refine the brand’s visual identity and digital presence to ensure it resonated with the right audience. With a tight timeline and limited budget, we focused on high-impact design, strategic social media planning, and engaging content to amplify the event’s reach.
Rather than reinventing, we elevated what was already in place, sharpening the branding and creating visually compelling assets that made BITE-Con feel bold, dynamic, and future-focused. Our social media approach prioritized organic engagement and community-driven conversation, ensuring that attendees and supporters felt connected to the brand. In the end, we didn’t just promote an event—we helped strengthen BITE-Con’s foundation as a leading platform for Black innovation in Web3, AI, and blockchain.
